  • manjula do u know one of the dessert make out of milk n noodle n some almond and some other nuts ….. one of my fd in my hometown tread me that n i love it but don't know how to do that …miss it…..i believe that call….. sellman….. if u know how to do that please teach me thanksss, it taste like milk pudding without rice but i try at home is fail n taste really really bad.

    I have never experienced this and I never use khoya in kheer, khoya will make kheer very rich and more like the burfi.

  • hi manjula ,whenever i make kheer or custard ,despite of using khoya and making it thicken, it becomes watery after putting it in fridge after sometime,specially the other day it leaves water,i use 3.5% milk and even corn flour but it never worked,any tip plz….thanks
