Ingredients
4 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream
2cup sugar
3 tablespoon fine crack wheat (dahlia)
1 tablespoon clarified butter (ghee)
1 cup crushed cashews (kaju)
1 cup crushed almonds (badam)
2 teaspoons coco powder
2 tablespoons sliced pistachios for garnishing

mere husband ko ye burfi bahut zyada psnd hai es burfi ko main special kolkata se mngwati hun apni didi ko bolkar….but aap ne meri mushkil aasan kr di hai toh main ise ab ghr pr hi bnaungi or aapko btaungi bhi ki kaisi bni hai….thankyou mam
