Nice recipe!
Wow such a creative idea, looks wonderful and mouthwatering, never even imagined!!!! I make cauliflower/gobi pickle so can I use this same recipe and use gobi if I want to? Or any other vegetable like carrots etc?
@Manjula Thank you :)!
Thank you ma'am, just a quick question. Since it's pickled don't we add vinegar to it?
Oh, this sounds awesome!
Thank you for sharing. Do you marinate for one day at room temperature or in the refrigerator?
Hello Miss Manjula, thank you for sharing this! I'm excited to try this at home 🙂 I just have a question…which of the ingredients makes it taste spicy? I've never tasted turmeric or asafetida and the regular chili powder I use is not very spicy, so I was just wondering which ingredient it is. Or, is it the combination of all the spices that gives it the kick? Thank you!
I love pickles of all kinds these look awesome!
Wonderfull mdm…
This is like Indian kimchi! 😀
Healthy pickle auntyji…thank you…:)
yum
