2 red green chili

I grew black eyed peas this year had a great harvest in middle Missouri, tryed this recipe it was very good had a hard time finding all the ingredients but well worth the effort, thanks for the recipe

In Algerian cuisine we got this dish called Loubia (beans) it is quite similar but instead it doesn't have a lot of spices, just cumin, salt and pepper.
