  • Thank you for doing this video. I love love love this recipe. I didn't have mango powder or fresh cilantro, so I used lemon juice and dried cilantro. This came out wonderful. I baked mine on my pizza stone at 500 dgrees for 4 mins 30 secs. They didn't come out dark, but they browned a little. It was soooo wonderful and soft. I ate them with mango pickle and lentils. I learned about mango powder for the first time from your video. Thank you again. Delicious.

  • Instead of soda or hot water or anything else, directly use Eno fruit salt and no need to keep it for long or short time, It can be made instantly.

  • I guess it's easier and less expensive to buy a heavy skillet than an oven, huh? 🙂 Thank you, Manjula.

  • Find a ceramic supplier and buy a kiln shelf instead… they can cut it to fit your oven shelf with 1" on all sides…

  • Manjula, you are a master cook! I truly enjoy watching you work and your most excellent food. I tried your previous naan recipe and they turned out delicious. Much thanks for your lessons on bread and cooking, and the tip about using the broiler on the oven to get that extra boost of heat for puffy naan. 🙂
