  • we have peanut, sesime, coconut, cashu,…….many more in India, this is one of the recipe. gud to here you got similar in Brazil. World is too small nowadays, we can share easily…please do post, if there is anything specific to brazil.

  • yes! i've used peanuts, sesame seeds, pistachios, even mixed nuts. i've used salted and unsalted nuts and both ways make a delicious brittle. the salt in the salted nuts mixed with the sugar is really nice.

  • This is much easier to make than the conventional American method of making peanut brittle, which takes so much more time. Thank you for this recipe! I'm always making peanut brittle for my friends at work, but it takes so much time that it soon is not a pleasure to make. But your recipe looks like the same result with only a few minutes of cooking! Thank you again Manjula!
