White Coconut Chutney | Mallika Badrinath Recipes | Dosa Side Dish

WHITE CHUTNEY (Hotel Style)
Grind Together:
Grated Fresh Coconut – 1 Cup
Green Chilli – 1
Cashews – 8
Salt – To Taste

For Seasoning:
Oil
Mustard Seeds
Cumin Seeds
Asafoetida
Curry Leaves
Broken Red Chilli – 1

METHOD
Grind Together with little water to coarse paste. Heat little oil. Add mustard seeds. Allow to splutter. Add black gram dhal, asafoetida powder and pour over chutney.
