Vegetable Bread Upma
Ingredients:
Bread – 5 slices
Onion – 1, finely diced
Green chillies – 2
Bean sprouts – ¼ cup
Grated coconut – ¼ cup
Cut cabbage – ¼ cup
Finely cut capsicum – ¼ cup
Salt – to taste
Oil – for frying
Turmeric powder – ¼ Tsp
Lemon – 1
Method:
1. Powder the bread slices in a mixie
2. Heat oil add seasonings and then green chillies .
3. Add onion, fry well. Add sprouts and other vegetables
4. Stir fry, add salt, turmeric powder which is mixed with little water.
5. Add bread crumbs, fry until hot.
6. Squeeze lemon and serve
