Two In One Paratha

INGREDIENTS
First Layer:
Maida — 1 Cup
Corn Flour — ½ Cup
Warm Milk — To Knead
Salt — To Taste
Oil — For Frying

Second Layer:
Salt — To Taste
Coriander Leaves — ½ Bunch
Green Chillies — 2

Mix Together To A Paste:
Ghee — 1 Tblsp
Wheat Flour — 1 Tsp

METHOD
1. For White Dough:
Knead all the mentioned ingredients of first layer together to form a soft dough. Keep Closed.
2. Grind coriander with green chillies, salt to a smooth paste with little water.
3. Add to wheat flour and gather to form a soft dough.
4. Prepare even sized balls from white colour dough.
5. From the other dough prepare little sized balls.
6. Roll out each separately.
7. Place one larger white chapatti on a rolling stone.
8. Apply little ghee, rice flour paste on top, evenly.
9. Place the smaller, green coloured chapatti on top of it and press lightly.
10. Roll up like a swiss roll from one end lengthwise.
11. Make a spiral and roll out to a thick paratha.
12. Add oil and roast both sides on a hot tawa.
