Tomato Coconut Chutney
INGREDIENTS
Onion – 1 Diced
Tomato – 1 Chopped
Red Chillies – 5
Grated Fresh Coconut – 1/2 Cup
Salt – To Taste
Oil – Little
Mustard Seeds – 1/4 Tsp
Asafoetida Powder – 2 Pinches
METHOD
1. Fry Onion, Tomato using little Oil.
2. Grind with chillies, coconut and salt to coarse chutney consistency.
3. Heat little oil, add mustard. Allow to crackle, sprinkle asafoetida in that hot oil and pour on top the chutney.
