Thinai Biriyani
INGREDIENTS
Thinai Rice – 1 Cup
Green Peas – as required
Onion – 1 Sliced
Beans – 5 to 6 Sliced
Carrot – 1 Sliced
Potato – 1 Sliced
Garlic Flakes – 5
Tomato – 1 to 2 Sliced
Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 Tsp
Green Chilli – 1
Coriander Powder – 1 1/2 Tsp
Jeera Powder – 3/4 Tsp
Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 Tsp
Curd – 1 1/2 Tsp
Salt – As per taste
Cinnamon – 2
Cardamoms – 1
Cloves – 3
Bay Leaf – 1
Maratti Moggu – few
Annasi Poo – 1
Oil – As required

METHOD
1. Heat oil in a pressure pan. Add garam masala spices, garlic, onion and saute.
2. Add beans, carrot, potato, green peas and tomato in the fry pan.
3. Wash thinai rice.
4. To the curd add dhaniya, garam masala, turmeric poder and chilli powder.
5. Add the above mixture to the fry pan.
6. Add 2 cups boiled water, salt and allow to boil.
7. Add washed thinai rice and close with lid.
8. It takes 10 min to be cooked and serve hot!
