SWEET CORN VEGETABLE SOUP
INGREDIENTS
Frozen Sweet Corn – 2 1/2 Tblsps
Finely Cut Carrot, Cabbage, Capsicum and Beans – 1 Tblsp Each
Frozen Peas – 1 Tblsp
Ajinomoto – 2 Pinches
Olive Oil/Butter – As Desired
Salt – To Taste
Ginger – 1 Inch Piece
White Pepper Powder – As Desired
Corn Flour – 1 Tsp

METHOD
1. Grind half of the corn to smooth paste with little water.
2. Heat oil and fry all the vegetables for two minutes with 2 pinches of Ajinomoto.
3. Mix ground paste of corn and remaining corn in enough water to cover.
4. Put a piece of ginger in the water.
5. Boil for few minutes. Add salt, pepper and discard the piece of ginger and add sauted vegetables.
6. Mix water in corn flour separately. Then add this into the soup.
7. Boil for 1 minute and pour in soup bowls and serve hot.
