Sponge Dosa
INGREDIENTS
Idly Rice – 2 Cups
Rice Flakes – 1/4 Cup
Salt – As Needed
Butter Milk – 2 Cups
Cooking Soda – 1/4 Tsps
Oil and Ghee – As Required
METHOD
1. Soak Idly Rice, rice flakes together in Butter milk after washing.
2. Grind to paste. Add salt at the end of grinding. Also add soda after the grind.
3. Heat a dosa pan and pour a ladle full of batter.
4. Add oil and ghee once it starts puffing.
5. Serve when it turns like a sponge.
