SPICY GOOSEBERRY PICKLE
Ingredients:
Big gooseberries – ¼ kg
Salt – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – ¾ tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
Asafoetida – 2 pinch
Roasted mustard – 1 tsp
Fenugreek powder – 1 tsp
Method:
1. Steam cook gooseberries for 5 to 7 min.
2. Remove inner seed and seprate to flakes.
3. Heat oil, add mustard, asafoetida and fry gooseberries for few min.
4. Add little water salt, chilli powder adn cook for few min.
5. Mix mustard, fenugreek powder and remove from fire.
6. Allow to cool and then bottle it.

Confusing instruction..shouldn't have any wetness but can pour water???????
Unalam yaruma samayal expert nu sonathu… Not even having a basic sense of doing pickle without water… And also adding table salt instead of rock salt
Water should not be added for pickle making, even a drop of water spoil the pickle
