INGREDIENTS
Sapota – 4
Dates (Soaked) – 3 or 4 pieces
Jaggery – Little for Taste
Fresh Thick Curd – 1 Cup
Honey – 1 Tsp
Cardamom Powder – 2 Pinches
Ice Cubes
METHOD
1. Peel the skin, remove seeds and cut Sapota.
2. Soak seedless dates in water for ½ an hour.
3. Blend dates with that water in a mixie.
4. Add Sapota, honey, jaggery with little more water and blend well.
5. Add curds, ice cubes and whip gently.
6. Pour in tall glass and serve.
(This drink is rich in Iron, Calcium, Vitamin A, Vitamin B-Complex, Protein and Probatics – a friendly micro-organism)
