SAMAI AVAL KHEER / LITTLE MILLET KHEER
Ingredients:
Samai aval – 1 tbl spn
Milk – 2 ½ cups
Saffron syrup – 2 tbl spn
Chironji nuts – 1 tbl spn
Ghee – 1 tsp
Grated jaggery – ¼ cup
Method:
Dry roast samai aval and powder it in a mixie.
Add milk and boil for 2 minutes.
Mix saffron syrup and take out.
Fry chironji nuts using little ghee and add to kheer.
