INGREDIENTS
Rava – 1 Cup
Curry Leaves – As Required
Onion – 2
Cooked Green Peas (Optional)
Salt – To Taste
Oil – As Required
Water – 2 ½ Cups
For Seasoning:
Mustard Seeds – ½ Tspn
Urad Dhal – 1 Tspn
Bengal Gram Dhal – 1 Tspn
Slit Green Chillies – 2 Pieces
METHOD
1. Take a microwave bowl and add little oil in it and add little on the lid.
2. Add Onions and green chillies. Mix well.
3. Keep the lid upside down on the bowl and add seasoning ingredients (Mustard Seeds and Bengal Gram Dhal).
4. Micro wave High for 3 minutes. Meanwhile heat water.
5. After removing from microwave, add the seasoning to the onion-chillies mix.
6. Add roasted rava and mix well.
7. Add hot water. (Optional) Add cooked peas to it. Mix well.
8. Micro wave High for 7 minutes.
9. After this, add salt and mix well.
10. Microwave again for one minute, leaving the bowl open.
(Optional: Add Lemon)
