INGREDIENTS
Ragi Flour — 1 Cup
Wheat Flour — 1 Cup
Ghee — 2 Tsps
Salt — To Taste
Oil — To Deep Fry
METHOD
1. Mix equal quantity of Ragi Flour, Wheat Flour, Salt & Ghee together in a bowl.
2. Add little water and gather to form a thick dough.
3. Prepare small balls and roll out into a thick disc.
4. Deep fry in hot oil and serve with desired side dish
