INGREDIENTS
Yellow Pumpkin – 150 gms
Grated Coconut – Little
Salt – To Taste
Green Chilli – 1
Red Chilli
Mustard Seeds & Urad Dhal – Little
Curry Leaves – Optional
Coriander Leaves – Little
Curd – 1 Cup
Oil – For Tampering

METHOD
1. Dice Pumpkin microwave with 2 Tblsp of water for 2 to 3 minutes. Or pressure cook for 1 whistle.
2. Mash well, add coconut, salt, fresh thick curds and mix.
3. Heat oil, add Mustard, Urad Dhal, green chilli, red chillies, curry leaves, (Asafoetida Powder, Optional) allow to crackle and pour on top.

  • It is really boring. the coconut will not blend at all. in pachadi coconut has to be grated. pls dont call it pachadi. and for heavensake dont tell curds… it is curd
