INGREDIENTS
Yellow Pumpkin (Cubed) – 200gms
Fresh Field Bean Seeds (Mochai) – 1/2 Cup
Tamarind Extract – 1 Ladle
Salt, Jaggery – To Taste
Oil – For Tampering
Mustard
Urad Dhal (Black Gram Dhal)
Bengal Gram Dhal
Curry Leaves
Asafoetida

Roast & Grind
Red Chillies – 3
Coriander Seeds – 1 Tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 Tsp
Pepper – 7
Bengal Gram Dhal – 2 Tsp
Grated Fresh Coconut – 1/4 Cup

METHOD
1. Pressure cook field beans for 2 whistles.
2. Cook pumpkin separately in enough water until soft.
3. Heat little oil, fry the mentioned ingredients and grind to paste with little water.
4. Add tamarind extract to cooked pumpkin, field beans with enough water. Ground paste, salt, jaggery and boil.
5. Fry tampering ingredients in oil and pour over kulambu.
