Protein Rich Thinai Drink
Ingredients:
Thinai (fox tail millet)- 2 tsp cooked
Apple – 1
Grated fresh coconut – ¼ cup
Grated jaggery – 2 tsp
Palm sugar , honey- 1 tsp
Method:
1.Cook thinai using 41/2 times water till soft. Cool to room temp
2.Dice apple,add little water and grind.
3. Add coconut, thinai, honey ,jaggery with just enough water and grind.
4. dilute with more water. Strain and serve as a refreshing drink.
