Pori Dosai (Puffed Rice Dosai)
INGREDIENTS
Raw Rice – 1 Cup
Puffed Rice – 1 Cup
Sour Thick Curds – 1/2 Cup
Salt – To Taste
Oil – As Required
METHOD
1. Soak rice, puffed rice together in diluted sour curds for 2 hours.
2. Grind to paste along with salt.
3. Prepare thick oothappam after 4 hours. (Add a pinch of cooking soda)
4. Close with lid and cook on one side only.

Hello Madam, you have used Cooking Soda; is it also called bicarbonate soda?
If it's bicarbonate soda; it changes the Colour of the dosa ( light yellow).
May I use bakin g powder instead?
