Poori/Puri
INGREDIENTS
Wheat Flour – 1 Cup
Salt – As required
Ghee – 1 Tsp
Sugar – 1/4 Tsp
Oil – For Deep Frying
METHOD
1. Mix flour, salt, sugar and ghee together in a bowl.
2. Blend well using finger tips. Add just enough water to form a thick dough.
3. Prepare small balls, roll out to a puri and deep fry in hot oil until golden. Serve hot.
