PODI DOSAI | DOSA & IDLI RECIPE | BATTER PREPARATION

INGREDIENTS:
Fermented dosa batter
Idli milagai podi
Oil and ghee
Idli powder:
Red chillies-15
Coriander seeds- 1 tsp
Black gram dhal- 1 tsp
Sesame seeds- 1 tsp
Salt- to taste
Roast and powder coarsely
Dosa batter:
Soak and grind:
Raw rice- 1 cup
Idli rice- 3 cups
Black gram dhal- 1 cup
Rice flakes- hand full
METHOD:
1. Spread dosa as thin as possible
2.Add little oil around , cook lightly.
3. Sprinkle idli chiili powder liberally over it.
4. Add some more oil, ghee or butter
5. Cook properly and then serve.
