Ingredients:
Pistha- 15
Green pees(cooked) – ¼ cup
Milk- 3 cups
Sugar- ½ cup
Saffron- 2 pinches
Thinly sliced pistha (for topping)- little
Green food color- 2 chops
Method:
1.fry cooked green peas using little ghee.
2. grind to paste along with pistha.
3.heat milk in a vessel to boiling point.
4. add ground paste and boil for few minutes
5.add soaked saffron, sugar and reduce the flame
6.stir to dissolve sugar
7.top with slices pistha and serve either hot or cold.
