Pinacolada

INGREDIENTS
Tinned Pineapple — 4 Slices
Syrup from the tin — 100 ml
Tender Coconut Pulp — From 2 Coconuts
Tender Coconut Water — 200 ml
Sugar — 2 Tblsps
Fresh Cream — 2 Tblsps
Rum Essences — Few Drops

METHOD
1. Cut the pineapple into smaller pieces.
2. Grind it with coconut pulp and little pineapple syrup.
3. Add rest of the ingredients; blend and pour it in a tall glass with ice cubes.
