Pav Bhaji
INGREDIENTS
Finely Cut Onions – 1/2 Cup
Tomatoes – 3 (Chopped Finely)
Capsicum – 1 (Finely Cut)
Beans – 100 Gms
Potatoes (Boiled & Peeled) – 250 Gms
Green Peas – 100 Gms
Carrots (Diced) – 150 Gms
Coriander Leaves – Little
Cauliflower – 1/2 Small
Cabbage – 100 Gms
Salt – To Taste
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 Tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 Tsps
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Pav Bhaji Masala Powder – 1 1/2 Tsps
Sugar – 1/2 Tsp
Butter – 50 Gms
Oil – As Required
To Serve:
Pav Bun – As Required
METHOD
1. Pressure cook all the vegetables.
2. Peel the skin from potatoes and mash coarsely.
3. Heat oil in a ‘kadai’, add cumin seeds and then onions.
4. Fry for 2 mins. Add ginger-garlic paste, capsicum and then tomatoes.
5. Saute well, add all cooked vegetables, turmeric, chilli powder, masala powder, salt, sugar and mix well.
6. Pour enough water, mashing well in between.
7. Add butter at the end.
8. Toast the bun which is cut into two horizontally using butter.
9. Serve with the hot masala,with little butter on top. Finely cut onion and sliced lime as accompaniments.

Spread the butter on the tawa abd then roast the pav.
U have to put more tomatoes. Then mash after the veggies are fried well and other cooked veggies are added. I dont think anybody will add cabbage. Cauliflower is added. And please spread the butter properly inside and outside the pav. And heavensake roast the pav well.
