Paratha
INGREDIENTS
Whole Wheat Flour – 1 Cup
Salt – 1/2 Tsp
Ghee – 1 Tblsp
Rice Flour – 1 Tsp
Cooking Soda – A Pinch
Oil – Just Enough To Toast
METHOD
1. Mix Salt with wheat flour in a broad bowl.
2. Add water in a steady stream and knead to a soft dough.
3. Prepare balls, flatten, roll out using wheat flour for dusting.
4. Rub ghee with rice flour and a pinch of soda to smooth paste.
5. Apply little paste on top of rolled chappati.
6. Fold it to a triangle or as a spiral ball which can be rolled to a round shape.
7. Place it on a hot fry pan with little oil around.
8. Turn over and bake with more oil.
9. Serve hot with your favourite side-dish.

nobody will add rice flour in paratha. all wrong recipes. And this instruction on water is totally unnecessary
