INGREDIENTS
Cucumber — 1
Carrot — 1
Paneer — 100 gms (Cottage Cheese)
Chilli Flakes — ½ Teaspoon
Mixed Herbs — ½ Teaspoon
Salt — To Taste
Lemon — 1
Apple — 1

METHOD
1. Cut Paneer into finger length pieces.
2. Marinate it with salt, lemon juice, chilli flakes, mixed herbs put together.
3. Using a proper peeler, scrape the cucumber and slice lengthwise like a thin ribbon.
4. Blanch the whole carrot in hot water and slice as cucumber and keep separately.
5. Keep Paneer pieces on carrot, roll from one end to form a roll.
6. Prepare with cucumber and insert tooth prick in all the pieces.
7. Insert all on Apple.
