Paneer Chapathi
INGREDIENTS
Wheat Flour — 1 ½ Cups
Soft Paneer — 50 gms
Finely Cut Coriander Leaves — ½ Cup
Green Chillies Paste — 1 Tsp
Salt — To Taste
Chat Masala Powder — Little
Milk — For Kneading
Oil — As Required
METHOD
1. Mash or grate Paneer using small eyed grater.
2. Take flour in a basin along with all the other ingredients except paneer.
3. Add paneer, mix gently and pour little milk to knead well.
4. Roll out to thin chapathis and toast on a tawa with little oil.
