Nachos Mexican Tortilla Chips
INGREDIENTS
Maize Flour – 1/2 cup
Wheat Flour – 1/2 cup
Salt – 1/2 Tsp
Oil – For Deep Frying
Hot Water – 3/4 cup
METHOD
1. Mix Maize Flour, Wheat Flour, salt together.
2. Pour hot water, mix gently and knead to a soft dough when it attains lukewarm temperature.
3. Prepare medium sized balls.
4. Roll out as thin as possible using Wheat Flour for dusting.
5. Cut into triangle pieces with a fork on top and deep fry in a hot oil until crisp.
6. Serve with tomato salsa and mayonnaise.

SALSA SAUCE FOR NACHOS – MEXICAN
INGREDIENTS
Tomatoes – 2
Finely cut onions – 1/2
Finely cut capsicum – 1/4
Salt, Sugar – Little
Vinegar – 1 Tblsp
(Apple Cider / Malt)
METHOD
1. Roast tomatoes over direct flame until skin burns.
2. Cut capsicum and onion finely. 3. Chop tomatoes and mix with other ingredients.
