Mushroom Sprouts Curry
INGREDIENTS
Bean Sprouts — 1 Cup
Button Mushrooms (Finely Cut) — 1 Packet
Finely Cut Greens — ½ Cup
Diced Onion — 1
Diced Tomato — 1
Ginger Garlic Paste — 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder — ¼ Tsp
Coriander Powder — 1 Tsp
Red Chilli Powder — 1 Tsp
Salt — To Taste
Garam Masala Powder — ½ Tsp
Zeera Powder — 1 Tsp
Oil — For Frying
To Serve:
Finely Cut Onion
Wedges of Lemon
METHOD
1. In Pressure cooker put oil, onion and ginger-garlic paste and saute little. Then add all the remaining ingredients with enough water for 2 whistles.
2. Boil for few minutes after opening till required consistency.
3. Serve hot as a side dish.
4. Same can be made to a dry curry, which can be used for Sandwiches or along with hot cooked rice.
