Mushroom Schezwan Curry
INGREDIENTS
Mushroom – 1 Packet
Onion – 1
Ginger Garlic paste – 1 Tsp
Salt – To Taste
White Pepper – as required
Schezwan sauce – 1 1/2 Tsp
Oil – as required
METHOD
1. Heat little oil in a pan with some onion.
2. Add ginger garlic paste to the onion. Also drop the mushroom.
3. Once the mushroom is cooked nicely, add salt, white pepper and Schezwan sauce to the dish.
4.Stir Fry and serve with hot cooked rice.
