Sweet Modhak – Paneer & Khoa
INGREDIENTS
Processed Rice Flour – 1 Cup
Water – 1 Cup
Salt – 2 Pinches

For Paneer & Khoa Sweet Filling:
Grated Paneer – 1 Cup
Crumbled Milk/Khoa (Sweetless) – 50 gms
Finely Cut Pista – 2 Tsps
Powdered Sugar – 2 Tblsps
Desiccated Coconut – 1 Tblsp

METHOD:
1. Heat measured water with salt in a small thick vessel.
2. When it bubbles up add flour in the centre as a heap and switch of the stove, after 7 minutes.
3. Mix quickly using a flat ladle.
4. Cool down to lukewarm and knead well sprinkling water if necessary.
5. Mix all the mentioned ingredients together as given for filling.
6. Prepare small balls from the dough.
7. Flatten in between two greased polythene sheet, using Chappati press gently.
8. Keep little filling in the centre, lift up the edges and seal it like a money bag.
9. Arrange on a greased large idli plate, steam and cook for 7 minutes.
