Ragi & Kambu Pizza Paratha
INGREDIENTS
To Prepare Dough:
Ragi Flour – 1/2 Cup
Kambu – 1/2 Cup
Wheat Flour – 1 Cup
Salt – 1/2 Tsp
Stuffing:
Grated Morzerella Cheese – As Desired
Finely Cut/Sliced Capsicum – 50 gms
Cooked Sweet Corn – Little
Black Olives – Few
Green Olives – Little
Red Chilli Flakes – 1/2 Tsp
Oregano – 3/4 Tsp
METHOD
For Dough:
1. Mix Ragi Flour, Kambu Flour, Wheat Flour with salt in a bowl.
2. Add enough water and knead to a thick soft dough. Knead well.
3. Mix all the stuffing ingredients together. If necessary add a pinch of salt.
4. Prepare 2 balls for 1 paratha.
5. Roll out as normal chappathi.
6. Place required stuffing on top of one chappathi and close it with another one.
7. Press tightly all the corners and in the center.
8. Toast on a tawa using enough oil on both sides. Cut into flour and serve with pizza sauce or tomato ketchup.
