Microwave Oven Cooking: Carrot Dry Curry (Carrot Poriyal)
INGREDIENTS
Diced Carrots — ¼ Kg
Finely Cut Onions — 1
Salt — To Taste
Sambhar Powder — 2 Tsp
Dhal Powder — 2 Tblsp
Oil — 2 Tsps
METHOD
1. Dice carrots and keep in a microwave bowl with 11/2 Tblsp of water.
2. Turn the lid upside down, place the onions mixed with little oil on that lid.
3. Micro on high for 3 minutes.
4. If there is more moisture in carrots, drain it.
5. Add fired onions, salt, sambhar powder, dhal powder and micro-on-high for another 2 minutes (Open lid).
