INGREDIENTS
Rice Flour – 1 Cup
Salt – 2 pinches
Oil – 1 Tblsp
Ghee – 1 Tspn
Finely Cut Mangoes – 1 Cup
Grated Coconut – ½ Cup
Grated Jaggery – ¼ Cup
Cardamom Powder – 2 Pinches
Banana Leaves
METHOD
1. Add warm water, salt and prepare a thick dough of patting consistency.
2. Add oil and mix well with hands.
3. Mix mangoes, jiggery, coconut together in a kadai and cook until thick. Add ghee cardamom powder and remove from fire.
4. Cut banana leaf into 4 inches squares.
5. Pat little dough on top as thin as possible.
6. Keep little stuffing and fold the leaf in such a way that it forms half moon shape.
7. Prepare everything in same manner and arrange on a steamer.
8. Steam cook for 7 minutes.
9. Serve as it is with the leaf.
10. While eating drizzle little honey on top.
