MAMBAZHA MORKULAMBU / PROBIOTIC INDIAN FOOD
Ingredients:
Ripe Mango – sliced
Sour Thick Buttermilk – 1 cup
Steamed Rice Flour Balls – little
Grind together:
Grated fresh coconut – ½ cup
Roasted gram – 1 tsp
Green chillies – 3
Red chillies – 5
Cumin seeds -½ tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Salt – as required
FOR Tampering:
Mustard, cumin seeds, black gram dhal, fenugreek, asafoetida, curry leaves.
Methods:
Mix ground paste with butter milk and enough water. Add steamed balls of kozhukkattai.
Heat to boiling point, add ripe mango pieces and remove from fire.
Heat little oil, add all the seasonings one by one. Pour on top of kulambu.

Importantly, dont skip steps and say….. sulabhama seyalam, easy dish and stuff like that. And pls stop these nutrition lectures. Cooking is more important than exhibiting your knowledge. For heavensake learn to cook and then make videos. Mambaxha Puliserry is an authentic dish from kerala. You have just killed the dish. Such horrible way of making. Why did you make one or two pieces of Mango. Appadiye fulla poda vendiyathudane. Hopeless
