INGREDIENTS:
Fresh pink rose petals – 1 cup
Cashew nuts- 15
Sugar- 1 ½ cups
Water- 2 cups
Rose water+ rose pink color- as required
METHOD:
1. Grind cashews to powder, add rose petals, rose water and grind to a smooth paste.
2. Heat water with sugar, allow to boil and ground paste and boil steadily till it reaches half string consistency.
3. Cool and add color and keep in dry bottle.
4. Just before serving take 1 spoon of syrup, mix with 3 spoon of cold milk and serve.
