Kadai Paneer
INGREDIENTS
Onions – 2 Sliced
Tomatoes – 4
Capsicum – 1 Cubed
Paneer – 200 gms Cubed
Fried Cashews – For Garnishing
Dhaniya Powder – 1 Tblsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 Tsp
Sugar – 1 Tsp (Optional)
Salt – To Taste
Oil – For Frying
Garlic – 3 Flakes
Ginger – 1/2 Inch
Red Chilli Paste – 1 Tsp
METHOD
1. Heat oil, fry onions, capsicum for five minutes.
2. Add garlic-ginger paste, red chilli paste, tomato puree and all the powders.
3. Saute for few minutes. Add paneer, salt, sugar with just enough water.
4. Boil till thick. Garnish with cashews.
