Grilled Vegetable Sandwich
INGREDIENTS
Bread – 4 Slices
Butter – 1 Tsp
Oil – 1 Tblsp

For Stuffing:
Thinly Sliced Onion, Capsicum, Cabbage – 50 gms each
Grated Carrot – 1/4 Cup
Sprouted Green Gram (Bean Sprouts) – 1/4 Cup
Potato (Boiled & Grated) – 1
Red Chilli Flakes – As Desired
Oregano – 3 Pinches
Salt – To Taste
Light Soya Sauce – 1 Tsp
Coarsely Powdered Flax Seeds – 2 Tsps

METHOD
1. Apply butter to all the bread slices.
2. Saute all the vegetables in hot oil for few minutes.
3. Mix grated potato at the end.
4. Sprinkle salt, chilli flakes, soya sauce, oregano and crushed flax seeds.
5. Keep in between in slices of bread and keep in pre-heated sandwich toaster.
6. Serve with tomato ketchup.
