GREEN GRAM SPROUTS AGATHI KEERAI SUNDAL
Ingredients:
Bean sprouts – 1 cup
Agathikeerai (chopped) – as desired
Salt – to taste
Grated fresh coconut – ¼ cup
Oil – 1 tbl spn
Mustard seeds, broken red chillies, asafoetida.
Method:
Heat oil, add seasonings and then sprouts.
Add little water, close with lid and cook for few minutes.
Add chopped greens salt, coconut and mix well.
