INGREDIENTS
Gongura Leaves (Plucked) — 1 Bunch
Onion — 1
Peeled Small Onions — 10
Oil — 1 Tblsp
Mustard Seeds — ½ Tsp
Asafoetida — 2 Pinches
Salt — To Taste
Sugar — ½ tsp
Tamarind (Soaked) — Very Little

For Spice Powder:
Red Chillies — 15
Coriander Seeds (Dhaniya) — 1 Tblsp
Black Gram Dhal (Urad Dhal) — 1 Tsp
Sesame Seeds — ½ Tsp

METHOD
1. Wash leaves and fry it using a teaspoon of oil until it shrinks.
2. Fry the spices using little oil and powder it.
3. Add Tamarind to the fried Gongura leaves while it is still warm.
4. Pound the leaves along with spice powder, salt and sugar.
5. Add diced onion, pound lightly and mix small onions with that.
6. Heat oil, add mustard, allow to crackle and pour it on top along with Asafoetida.
