Ginger Chutney for Pongal
INGREDIENTS
Ginger – Crushed 1 Tsp
Tamarind – Extract (Little)
Salt, Jaggery – Little
Sambhar Powder – 1 Tsp
Oil – For Tampering
Mustard Seeds
Cumin Seeds

METHOD
1. Heat oil, add tampering ingredients.
2. Add ginger and rest of the ingredients with little water.
3. Boil until thick.
