Apple – 1
Banana – 1
Watermelon pieces – 100 gms
Honey – Little
Salt – Little
Orange Juice – 1 Tblsp
Dried Parsley Or Basil – 2 Pinches
Pepper & Cumin Powder – 2 Pinches
Wooden Skewer
METHOD
1. Slice apple and banana to medium sized pieces.
2. Keep apple slices separately, sprinkled with little orange juice to prevent oxidation (colour change).
3. Mix all the mentioned ingredients with honey and coat with fruits.
4. Soak for an ½ hour.
5. Alternate fruits in a skewer and pour the honey on top.
