Ellu Thuvaiyal – Calcium Rich – South Indian lunch
Ingredients:
White ellu (sesame seeds) – 2 tbl.sp
Green chillies- 3
Garlic – 3 flakes
Grated dry coconut- ½ cup
Tamarind- soaked
Gooseberry – soaked
Salt- to taste
Oil- few drops
Method:
1. Dry roast sesame and coconut seprately until golden.
2. Fry chillies, garlic in very little oil.
3. Powder roasted ingredients. Add fried, soaked ingredients with salt.
4. Grind to a coarse paste. Serve it with ulundhu sadham.
