Dates Payasam (Desert)
Dates – 10 (Chopped)
Milk – 2 Cups
Condensed Milk – 1 1/2 Tblsp
Ghee – 2 Tsps
Finely Cut Walnuts
Cardamom Powder – 1/4 Tsp
METHOD
1. Soak dates in 1/2 cup water for 10 mins.
2. Boil it along with milk until soft.
3. Add condensed milk, cardamom powder.
4. Fry walnuts in ghee. Add to payasam.

No payasam can be made in five min. What are you saying! uhh. I really dont understand as to why you are making things at a lightning speed. Please take time to cook. And dont start with…. in two minutes it will be ready…. etc
and ghee shud be hot. you are adding the nuts before it is hot
