Ingredients:
Parboiled rice (idli rice) – 1 cup
Curry leaves – 1 cup
Red chillies – 6
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Pepper – ¼ tsp
Salt – as required
Oil – for frying
Method:
1. Soak rice in water for 2 hours.
2. Grind red chilies and other ingredients to a powder along with salt.
3. Strain water from rice and grind it along with other ingredients to a thin batter.
4. Pour on a hot tawa like rawa dosa. Serve with thokku.
