CORIANDER RICE
Ingredients:
Raw rice (cooked and cooled)- ½ cup
Oil – as required
Salt – to taste
Cooked peas – as desired
Sweet corn – little
Grind Together:
Green chillies – 2
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Coriander leaves – ½ bunch
Grated fresh coconut – 1 ½ tbl spn
Seasonings:
Mustard, black gram dhal, bengal gram dhal, cashew nuts.
Method:
Heat oil, add seasonings, peas and corn.
Add ground paste and saute for 1 or 2 minutes.
Mix rice, salt and fry for 2 or 3 minutes.

Can v use valara keerai
Sweet corn and green peas…. good innovation. But please do not use your hand to break or separate the cooked rice. Basmati rice with the appropriate quantity of water will be very good for such variety rice. Also, please use a laddle or fork to separate rice. Using hand is likely to spoil the rice and eventually the final product.
Can we store and keep fried cashews ? If so,shelf life?
Can we add groundnuts instead of corn n buttani
Can we add garlic too
