Chocolate Mini Jamun in Gulkand Rabari – Indian Sweets
Ingredients:
Gulab jamun ready mix- 1 cup
Cocoa powder – 1 ½ tsp
Milk- little
Oil- for deep fry
Sugar- 1 cup
Water- 1 cup
For Rabro:
Thickened milk like basundhisliced, histhis and badam- litle each
Rose water- 1 tsp
Saffron- 2 strands
Pink food color- 2 chops
Fresh pink rose petals- for decoration
Gulkhand- 1 tsp
Method:
1. sift jamun mix powder with cocoa.
2. sprinkle milk as required and make it like a dough using finger tips only.
3.prepare small balls and shape like cylinder.
4.heat oil and deep fry jamun in that and soak in hot sugar syrup.
6. To the prepared rabir, add rose water. Fried nuts, saffron, pink color, gulkhand and mix well.
7. Pour in small cups and top with chocolate jamun.
